In this 30-minute Pilates based post rehabilitation program, physical therapist Christine Romani-Ruby teaches you how to protect your back while getting a complete work out with just a mat, small ball and a resistance band. The Flexion program is recommended for the following back conditions: Osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, chronic spondylolisis or spondylolisthesis.
