This is the ideal start to a fitness program for those who have suffered with back pain. In this 50-minute Pilates reformer post rehabilitation program, physical therapist Christine Romani-Ruby leads you through a Pilates based reformer work out that reduces the risk of an increase in back pain by challenging the spine in a neutral position.
This program is an excellent progression from the YUR back Stability Level I and II programs. The reformer adds challenge to your core muscles while you continue to perform healthy movement patterns in a neutral spine position.
