This is the ideal start to a fitness program for those who have suffered with back pain. In this 30-minute Pilates based post rehabiliation program, physical therapist Christine Romani-Ruby teaches you how to protect your back while getting a complete work out with just a mat, small ball and a resistance band. Because the YUR BACK Stability Level II program holds the spine in a neutral position, it is a safe, but challenging workout appropriate for you if you are adding it to either the Yur Back flexion or extension or stability level I program as a progression.
